To register please complete the Registration Form
Payment
Payment must be made in EUROS to the order of NLO50 2012 by bank transfer/credit card. Please make sure to indicate your FULL NAME as the SUBJECT of the bank transfer. Your registration will only be effective after bank transfer/credit card payment. You will be notified for your successful registration.
Credit Card
Payment is accepted by VISA and/or MasterCard credit cards and can be done via the secured payment tool provided while registering on-line. Please note that your credit card will be debited in Euros (€) and your monthly credit card statement will show your payment under Int Grup Congress & Events SL - ECI 2012.

Confirmation
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any error in the confirmed, please contact Jaume Pros nlo50@icfo.es
In the event that the organizers have not received your full payment for the Congress fee and/or related events/tours before July 31th 2012 ordered events/tours inclusive free events may be cancelled without any further notice.
Cancellation of participation - a written request is mandatory
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Congress will have their paid fee refunded less a processing fee of 5€ for transfers done from Europe 15€ from non-European countries provided that written notice of non-attendance (by letter or email) is received by the organizers before August 25th 2012. If cancellation is made after this date no refund of fee can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Congress. Delegate will pay the cost of the bank transfer refund.
